Hand-dyed yarn

Hand-dyed yarn is where colour becomes part of the craft. Each skein is dyed in small batches to create depth, movement, and beautiful variations you won’t get from industrial dyeing. That means every skein is one of a kind — and your finished project will be too.

I dye on high-quality yarn bases chosen for softness, strength, and beautiful stitch definition. Learn more about my yarn bases here.

I dye with an eye for balance: rich tones, soft transitions, and colours that play nicely with texture stitches, cables, and simple stockinette alike. Whether you’re knitting socks, sweaters, shawls, or accessories, you’ll get yarn that feels special from the first stitch to the final block.

Because hand-dyed yarn is unique, I recommend alternating skeins every few rows for larger projects to ensure an even look. Product photos are taken in natural light, but colours may vary slightly between screens — and between dye lots.

Small batch. Thoughtfully dyed. Made to be knitted and loved for years.
